The Therapeutic Resources team provides a high level of client service with a commitment to building long-term relationships with every employee. Our office staff is carefully selected by the owners of the company to ensure that they represent the values, honesty and integrity which define the company. Recruiters and office staff are educated on clinical requirements and issues facing permanent and traveling therapists and trained in how to address issues that may arise.
The Philosophy at Therapeutic Resources is not typical among recruiting companies. Yes, our goal is to make placements, but only if it’s the right fit for the employee. We don’t believe or practice high pressure sales and strive to maintain a mutual respect and trust with our clients and employees.
